FDP

At IICMR, we believe in continuous learning and professional development. Our MBA department has successfully conducted several Faculty Development Programs (FDP) to enhance the skills and knowledge of our educators. These programs included sessions on Spirituality – The Way to Eternal Harmony, focusing on integrating spiritual principles for balanced decision-making; Block Teaching Mode, introducing innovative teaching techniques for improved knowledge retention; and Operations and Supply Chain Management Specialization, which provided insights into modern supply chain challenges and strategies. We also organized the Quality Enhancement Series VI to improve academic and administrative processes, along with an EBSCOHOST Orientation FDP to empower faculty with research tools. A session on Facing NBA Audit prepared our team for accreditation processes, while another on Dependence-Independence and Interdependence highlighted personal and professional growth through collaborative efforts. These FDPs reflect our commitment to fostering academic excellence and staying at the forefront of educational innovation.
