MBA@IICMR is leading the way in establishing strong connections with aspiring managers for their lifelong journey through a Mentoring- process. This process involves an active, interactive, and proactive approach where mentors comprehensively understand their mentees and offer tailored guidance to align with industry requirements, ensuring the achievement of their professional goals. So, "Mentoring- " could symbolize the idea of bringing together diverse areas of knowledge, skills, and perspectives through Mentoring-

Mentoring- entails a structured approach to training management students, wherein a senior or more experienced individual, often a faculty member or teacher, takes on the role of a mentor. This mentor offers guidance, counseling, and advice to a junior or less experienced individual, fostering a supportive environment. The mentor's responsibility includes providing assistance and constructive feedback to the individual under their guidance.

Process:

MBA@IICMR holds the belief that achieving comprehensive growth and enhancement in students is imperative to ensure they produce the caliber of work anticipated by the industry.
